Changing families from dependency to self-sustainability
American Education and Teachers is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering communities in Africa. Founded in 2024, our mission is to create a pathway for families to transition from dependency to self-sustainability through a focus on education and teacher development.
Our Story
We provide comprehensive support to orphans and displaced families through education, medical care, emergency relief, and sustainable farming.
Vocational Training Institute provides skills in tailoring, knitting, carpentry, and more for orphans who were unable to return to school.
Our Community School specializes in providing education and care to children with disabilities.
Learn MoreMedical Clinic offers HIV and AIDS positive treatment to orphans and their caretakers, in addition to general medical services.
Children's Home cares for children ages 2 months to 17 years old by providing opportunities for education and healthy lives.
Learn MoreWe have created an emergency relief fund to address unexpected specific medical needs such as discovery of cancers, tumors, chronic illnesses, and congenital diseases.
Oftentimes, it's orphans who are in need of emergency medical procedures who benefit from this relief fund.
Learn MoreWe serve our families and children for more than just a particular season. We fund as many young adults as financially possible into higher education.
Our goal is for all AEaT children to have the opportunity of seeking higher education.
Learn MoreWe walk alongside AEaT's children and families throughout their lives because we believe the key to changing the future is fostering long-term sustainability.
AEaT Farms provides access to healthy produce for students, families, and staff of AEaT.
